WasteLab

Waste Water Emissions Monitoring

WasteLab is more than just a sensor; it is a complete analysis system for wastewater emissions monitoring. It has been engineered with features that directly address the challenges faced by treatment sites:

  • Single control and display module (CDM): Powered by a high-performance gas filter correlation infrared sensor, capable of sub-ppm accuracy for nitrous oxide and methane.
  • Multi-point sampling: Each CDM can monitor between 1–6 locations using sensitive, non-corrosive sampling hats that float on the wastewater surface.
  • Efficient data capture: Sampling hats gather, record, and transmit data via external sensors, simplifying data handling and compliance reporting.
  • Modular scalability: As site requirements grow, so does WasteLab. Additional modules can be added for trickling filters, batch reactors, and other processes.
  • Adaptable measurement: Designed to account for ventilation differences, WasteLab provides a true net emissions value by calculating both produced and destroyed gases.

Together, these features make WasteLab a future-ready platform that grows with your operational and regulatory needs.
